I get a lot of complaints from people who have had chassis in their carts, then when they went to check out they were gone. The Shopify system that I use DOES NOT lock up inventory when you put something in your cart. It is possible to have something sold out from under you, especially if the sale is fast. This is not a bug in the system. This is the way it works and I have zero control over it.
